The Minarets At Midnight cowl is part of a series of accessories inspired by Islamic Art, Architecture and Decoration.

The inspiration for Minarets At Midnight comes from the Sheikh Lotfollah mosque in Isfahan, Iran, with its beautifully decorative tile work. The inspiration was drawn from the detail of the domed ceiling, as shown in the image opposite. I've incorporated stylized minarets to the design and, of course, a small sprinkling of 'stars' to add to the magic.
