Parliament of Owls Hats
This is an adorable owl-inspired hat with two flaps to keep the ears warm.
The hat starts with I-Cords for the ear flaps, then ear flaps are worked flat in 1x1 Rib. Brim is worked in the round with 1x1 Rib. Body is worked in Stockinette Stitch. Two eyes and a beak are knit separately and sewn on, with optional small tassels for ears.
