Along with sunshine and flowers, celebrate the change in season with a change in wardrobe. Inspired by the new growth of Spring, lacey leaves cascade down the back of this cardigan, growing and wrapping around to the front, like budding leaves exploding with the season.
The Spring Thaw Cardigan is worked flat from the top down. The back is first worked to down to the underarms, when stitches are picked up along the cast on edge for each front panel. Stitches are picked up for full-length, capped sleeve, along each front for button bands, and then along the top edge for a brief collar.
